After the Blake fluid service, engine oil signs appeared the next day. I have advised that a basic check would be carried out as well, but I am not sure what is included in the basic check, as no one has explained.

Cam sensor warning light came back on day after MOT- I did inform Mini that I was having a problem with this Shame the pic up and delivery service has been discontinued- will have to have Mini serviced locally from now on

Not offered a drink on hottest day or informed of complimentary m/c available - even asked staff if there was somewhere to get a coffee and was informed of a local cafe. Staff dismissed my complaint. Car wash n hoover was appalling job, had to re-do.

Work on car was great but trying to get your 'system' to take my husbands phone number off my account (Why was it there? Because he once had a BMW with you and he's a man?! Should NOT have been associated with my car or account at all) nightmare!

Gemma is an absolute gem. She's naturally friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful, such a lovely person to deal with. Received MOT and service paperwork printed, and service book was completed left on passenger seat. Car washed included :-)

I did not come in for a service, I had a puncture of which I had a new tyre fitted.

I asked for my tyres to be put at the right pressures They were 25 on each corner when i arrived and 25 on each corner driving home. So had to make a journey back to get them done A waste of my time. I was not pleased

The car was serviced, however when I went to drive it away, there was a warning on the display that the tyres were deflated. I had to call an engineer back to take the car back to the workshop. He needed to reset it, and then road test to fix this.
