Welcoming staff and very friendly. Kyle kept me up to date with the progress and went out of his way to make sure I was happy overall. It was the little touches, like the ribbon on my new car when I went to collect, that made all the difference.

If a vehicle vacuum is offered do it properly please. Also feel like the pricing structure is a lottery, being asked if I've been quoted a price and then saying an amount and straight away saying I'll give you 10% off feels like I'm being conned.

The service team and the service manager were brilliant in sorting out a miscommunication re when my car would be ready to collect. I had an extremely stressful day with my elderly mother and was not in the best state by of mind.

Several notification trianges were not reset. Car couldnt be washed, but should have been cleaned inside. Windows werent cleaned, boot wasnt vacuumed and internal trim wasnt dusted. I hope the service was carried out to a better standard

Cannot understand why on the invoice in the 'Reg Date' box you use the internal Mini registration date rather than the date of first registration with DVLA which is the date used for MOT etc. and is shown internally as Mini 'Warranty Start Date'

The service was great. My car was booked in for 8am. The centre does not open until 8am even though sign outside states 7:30am. I think if you have booked your car in at 8am the centre should be open earlier. We were kept outside in the rain.
