I went to Group 1 mini, without an appointment in a bid to find out about how I might get a motability mini. I met Eleora, who explained it all and answered all my questions. I then dealt with Eleora throughout the entire process.

I took my Clubman JCW for a major service, which was completed in the time promised. I also reported a problem with the car Aircon, which was investigated and fixed under warranty in just a couple of days. Excellent service!
