Eleora Kiley was brilliant! She was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, patient and explained everything really well step by step. I also thought the touch with the bow when I collected my car was fab, so thank you for that.

Joseph Surey made the time to explain the procedure in purchasing a new car , I was informed every step of the way from the first order to when the car would be ready to collect. He kepy me informed and updated continuosly .

I think the experience of the MINI Centre is all down to staff and Rhainnon Barr's guidance and exceptional help has to be commended. Her friendly and professional manner in explaining the new controls, and this has enabled me to enjoy my new mini.

Handover was very thorough , it would probably be easier to have paper documents rather than having to e sign as it's not that user friendly for those of us that don't have up to the minute gadgets . All was dealt with without a fuss in the showroom
