From start to finish the whole process was seamless and so quick! Kyle was brilliant and it was so refreshing to have somebody who you felt was totally honest and he was patience personified explaining everything. Loved the car bow!

I had asked for possible gear engagement issue to be looked at as warranty running out. This wasn't specifically looked at but I was told as major service any issues should have been found.

Mini Hailsham have excellent customer service. Kyle from Sales was very helpful following things up and Becca from the service team in the show room was also very helpful. Good communucation is key, nothing is too hard. Thank You guys

Sales Manager (Leon) and Salesman (Jo) very helpful in transition from previous to new car. Kept updated whilst waiting. Very responsive to communications. Car was well presented at delivery. Everything set up and smooth handover.
