Everything was as I expected, but your good service is expensive and seems to be lots of people in the showroom area that I guess must be funded for sales and service.

Tom is very knowledgeable but also scores highly for the 'soft skills' as well - he was good at responding to my queries in a clear and empathetic way.

I think this survey is regarding the rear screen replacement rather than the service because I have already done a survey for the service. Rebecca is always friendly and helpful. She kept me informed. The engineers did the job required.

I am always very pleased with the staff I speak to. However the cost of services is always way more than I am expecting and way more than my friends and family pay for services on their vehicles.
